Shipping

We are pleased to be able to offer our customers free delivery to countries around the world, all dispatched from our UK warehouse. Please see details below of estimated lead times for deliveries to your respective country. If your location is not listed, don’t worry, there is a good chance we can still fulfil your order. Please be aware for international shipping we are unable to offer free returns. Any fees incurred by Bruder Watches in the return of goods will be deducted from the refund amount.

After your payment is verified, it may take up to 24 hours to process and dispatch your order. Orders received after 12.00pm on a Friday may not be processed until the following Monday. You will be notified of the dispatch of your order by Bruder via email to the address you provide at checkout, you will also receive shipping details from our chosen carrier via email offering the opportunity to track the progress of your delivery. Please note, all orders are sent as ‘signed for’ requiring a signature upon delivery.

We’ve made efforts to ensure all of our packaging is fully recyclable, please recycle it where possible.

Due to the ongoing COVID pandemic, delays in typical shipping times are expected, we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Import Tax:

We ship from the United Kingdom and as such the import tax for any country (including the EU) on products ordered are the buyer’s responsibility.  Bruder cannot be held responsible if the delivery is refused or destroyed for this reason.
